To deepen organizational transformation, accelerate the digitalization of management and steadily implement its performance assessment system, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging Group organized a specialized training session titled “Performance Assessment System Communication and Practical Operations” on August 27.
Led by the Group’s Human Resources Department, the training was designed to help managers and frontline employees accurately understand the core requirements of the system and become familiar with its operational procedures. With digital and intelligent upgrading as its central direction, the session marked a new step in LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging’s exploration of AI-enabled performance management.
AI Videos Support System Communication and Scenario-Based Demonstration
The training used AI-generated videos to explain the performance assessment system and demonstrate relevant operational scenarios.
Core topics—including the setting of assessment dimensions, detailed scoring rules, performance rating classifications and the objection and appeal process—were presented in a systematic and visual format.
This approach improved the efficiency and coverage of the system communication process. It also helped employees in different positions understand the implementation logic and operational requirements of the performance assessment system more clearly, reducing potential misunderstandings during execution.
LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging to Launch an AI Performance Assessment Pilot
Following the training, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging will launch an initial AI performance assessment pilot as a practical application of its broader organizational transformation.
During the pilot stage, the Group will focus on evaluating the adaptability and accuracy of AI tools in several areas:
- Automated collection of performance data
- Dynamic tracking of the assessment process
- Preliminary AI-supported scoring
- Alignment between the tools and actual business requirements
The pilot will be used to refine the fit between AI tools and operational needs.
After the pilot operates steadily and its effectiveness has been verified, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging plans to gradually introduce AI-based performance scoring, rating classification and other related procedures across the Group.
Through the application of digital tools, the Group aims to reduce subjective variation, improve the efficiency of performance assessment and promote a more standardized, refined and intelligent performance management system.
