LINUO’s RTU glass cartridges provide a ready-to-use sterile packaging solution for pen injector drugs, biologics, vaccines, aesthetic injectables and high-value innovative formulations. Each cartridge is pre-processed through controlled washing, depyrogenation, optional siliconization, nesting, AI inspection, double sterile barrier packaging and terminal ETO sterilization, enabling direct loading into automated aseptic filling lines.
Compared with conventional bulk cartridges, RTU cartridges help pharmaceutical manufacturers bypass in-house washing, siliconization, depyrogenation and sterilization preparation. This reduces CAPEX investment in WFI systems and depyrogenation tunnels, saves cleanroom floor space, lowers maintenance pressure and improves filling-line efficiency.
LINUO provides both standard RTU cartridges for liquid formulations and innovative dual-chamber RTU cartridges for “powder + solvent” combinations, supporting customers from technical drawing confirmation and sample validation to stable mass production.

RTU cartridges are supplied washing-free, depyrogenation-free and pre-sterilized, allowing customers to reduce internal preparation steps and move directly toward aseptic filling operations.
By eliminating the need for in-house WFI washing systems, depyrogenation tunnels and additional sterilization preparation, RTU cartridges help reduce CAPEX, cleanroom floor space and long-term maintenance costs.
Independent cavity suspension and non-contact handling help prevent glass-to-glass collision during transport, decrating and filling-line loading, reducing breakage risk before production.
Clean-peel technology and Tyvek® double breathing bags are designed to prevent fiber or particle shedding into the Grade A sterile zone, supporting clean and controlled aseptic transfer.
Standardized Nest & Tub formats are designed to match mainstream automated filling machinery, helping customers reduce adjustment time and support fast transition into production.
ETO sterilization is managed through controlled temperature, humidity, concentration, time, leak monitoring and safe-release logic, supporting a stable sterile barrier and reliable batch release.
