The training comprehensively introduced the company’s dedicated AI Agent ecosystem covering multiple business functions, further aligning employees’ understanding of AI, eliminating misconceptions surrounding AI implementation, and accelerating the full-scenario application of AI Agents across the organization.
The training session began with an interactive discussion topic, “How Far Away Are We from AGI?”, guiding employees to reshape their understanding of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) through insights into the latest industry trends.
The training emphasized that, from the perspective of industrial applications, mature AI models have already developed general problem-solving capabilities that surpass those of most individuals. The application window for AGI has arrived. Enterprises should no longer focus solely on the technical question of “whether intelligence is sufficient,” but instead concentrate on the organizational challenge of “how to organize and effectively leverage intelligent capabilities.” This represents the fundamental starting point for successful AI implementation today.
Addressing the common challenge of slow AI adoption and limited business impact within enterprises, the training identified and analyzed two major bottlenecks.
First, AI often lacks enterprise-specific business context, making it difficult to accurately adapt to companies’ unique operational requirements.
Second, business processes have not yet undergone systematic transformation, preventing organizations from fully unlocking the transformative value brought by AI technologies.
To address these challenges, Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging has developed dedicated AI Agents for each department, deeply integrating proprietary knowledge such as departmental business rules, historical data, document templates, and compliance requirements into AI model training and application processes. This enables AI to accurately adapt to personalized business needs within real operational contexts.
Meanwhile, using AI Agents as the foundation, each business unit has systematically reviewed and optimized daily workflows. High-frequency tasks such as information retrieval, document drafting, compliance verification, and data analysis have been integrated into AI Agent processes first. At the same time, the company is continuously optimizing approval workflows, collaboration processes, and decision-making mechanisms, avoiding the situation of “using new tools with old ways of working.”
On this basis, the company encourages all employees to use AI Agents extensively in daily operations and provide real-time feedback based on practical business scenarios. Through continuous learning and accumulation of business knowledge, AI Agents will continue to evolve, gradually progressing from “usable” to “highly effective,” and ultimately becoming powerful intelligent assistants for every position.
This training further clarified the underlying logic of AI implementation and established a clear direction for organizational adaptation and scenario-based application development.
