On September 12, Linuo Pharma Packaging Group held a specialized training program titled “Reshaping the Quality DNA with AI,” one of the key initiatives of the Group’s Quality Month campaign.
Centered on the digital transformation of quality management, the training focused on integrating artificial intelligence throughout the entire quality management process. It aimed to accelerate the transition from an inspection-based approach of “meeting acceptance criteria” toward a quality culture built around “confidence in every product release,” injecting new digital and intelligent capabilities into the Group’s quality improvement efforts.

Closely aligned with Linuo’s actual quality management practices, the course addressed four key dimensions: tool enhancement, methodology integration, workforce development, and organizational transformation.
The training systematically examined how the Seven Basic Quality Tools can evolve through digitalization and AI, explained how AI can be integrated with the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology, and explored a future quality organization based on collaboration among human professionals, digital employees, and AI-powered systems—described as a coordinated “carbon-based + digital + silicon-based” workforce model.

These discussions provided practical guidance for business units seeking to advance the digital transformation of their quality management activities.
The program combined specialized instruction, group co-creation, project presentations, expert reviews, and interactive evaluation. Seven discussion groups were established around the concept of a closed-loop, enterprise-wide quality system, covering operational scenarios including:
Each group was assigned a critical question closely connected to real operational scenarios and frontline quality challenges. Participants examined how quality can move from being “inspected into products” to being “built into processes,” how AI-enabled inspection can progress toward predictive quality control and preventive intervention, and how employees can collaborate efficiently with digital and AI-powered colleagues.

The program emphasized both problem orientation and measurable outcomes. Rather than relying on general statements, each group worked with real challenges, operational data, and actionable measures to develop:
One clear diagnosis of the most critical quality issue
Three practical actions that could be implemented
The proposed solutions were further evaluated and refined through group presentations, Q&A sessions, expert feedback, and employee voting. Awards were presented for the
“Most Thought-Provoking Question” and the “Most Actionable Solution.”
Selected outcomes will be incorporated into Linuo Pharma Packaging Group’s 90-day action plan for quality digitalization and the three-part workforce model, helping translate training insights into concrete improvements.
Quality is the lifeline of Linuo Pharma Packaging, and AI is an important accelerator for quality improvement.
This training not only deepened the Group’s understanding of modern quality management but also represented a practical step toward intelligent and digital quality transformation and the development of an end-to-end, enterprise-wide quality management system.
Linuo Pharma Packaging Group will continue transforming the program’s outcomes into practical applications, empowering quality management through digitalization and intelligent technologies while further strengthening quality consistency, operational predictability, and the capabilities required to support global operations.
The training focused on integrating AI throughout the quality management process and advancing the transition from inspection-based control to quality built directly into production processes.
The program explored the digital and AI-enabled development of the Seven Basic Quality Tools, the integration of AI with Six Sigma DMAIC, and the progression of AI inspection toward prediction and prevention.
The discussions covered tubular and molded pharmaceutical glass containers, RTU products, specialty-glass high-temperature operations, logistics and support functions, and quality management systems.
Selected proposals will be incorporated into a 90-day action plan for quality digitalization and workforce collaboration, helping convert the training results into practical quality improvement measures.
