To advance the Group’s initiative to “comprehensively deepen AI-agent applications and drive technological transformation through organizational transformation,” LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging held a specialized PDCA digital employee application training session on the afternoon of July 22.
Aligned with the strategic deployment of AI across all business scenarios, the training integrated digital employee capabilities with the PDCA management methodology. It provided systematic instruction and hands-on guidance for management personnel from business units and functional departments, aiming to strengthen the foundation for refined operations and continuously improve management effectiveness through intelligent upgrades to management closed loops.
PDCA—Plan, Do, Check, and Act—is a cyclical management framework and a core tool for achieving continuous improvement and consolidating management outcomes. Under traditional management models, PDCA implementation often faces challenges such as non-standard task breakdowns, labor-intensive follow-up, delayed and fragmented reviews, and difficulty in systematically capturing experience and best practices.
In the AI era, intelligent transformation is evolving from isolated efficiency improvements to end-to-end intelligent operations, and from human-controlled AI to more autonomous AI-driven operations. Embedding AI digital employees as a new management vehicle into the PDCA cycle is a key initiative for overcoming traditional management bottlenecks and adapting to the trend of intelligent transformation.
The training systematically explained the operating logic behind digital employees enabling the full PDCA cycle. LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging Group’s deployed PDCA digital employee application supports both voice and text input. It can automatically generate to-do items, action plans, and collaborative task lists; proactively follow up with task owners, update progress, regularly review execution, and produce optimization measures.
The AI agent can automatically analyze meeting minutes and extract key action items, while proactively seeking confirmation when information is unclear. It can follow up online on outstanding tasks, support interactive inquiries and task updates, and synchronize data automatically. It can also consolidate weekly completion status, generate weekly summaries, flag risks, and recommend improvements—enabling the management closed loop to operate autonomously and efficiently.
Participants discussed high-frequency business scenarios and identified implementation directions based on their respective operational challenges. Introducing digital employees into the PDCA management system not only enables managers to move beyond routine administrative work and focus on solving core issues, but also shifts management from post-event accountability toward proactive risk alerts and in-process control—supporting flatter management structures and more transparent workflows.
Using this training as a starting point, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging will continue expanding its digital employee application matrix across business areas. The company will drive the ongoing iteration of PDCA management cycles through AI digital employees and progressively build an efficient, collaborative digital operating system, providing solid support for the long-term implementation of its strategy.
