On August 28, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the National Community for Industry-Education Integration in Corporate Compliance and the Seminar on “Responding to Challenges in Global Expansion and Empowering Enterprises Through Compliance” were held in Weifang.
The meeting was held under the guidance of the National Community for Industry-Education Integration in Corporate Compliance and the Jinan Zhonghe Compliance Research Institute. It was jointly organized by the Office of the CPC Weifang Municipal Committee for Law-Based Governance, the Weifang Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Weifang Council for the Promotion of International Trade and other organizations.
Focusing on key compliance issues related to corporate global expansion, the event brought together experts and scholars from China and abroad, representatives of higher education institutions, lawyers specializing in foreign-related legal affairs and corporate executives to explore new approaches to compliant cross-border operations.

As a vice-chair organization of the Community and one of the event’s organizers, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging attended the meeting. Xie Yan, Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging, delivered a speech.
Gao Zhixiu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong College of Economics and Business, delivered the welcoming remarks. Meng Lingjun, former First-Level Researcher of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education; Ge Jinjun, First-Level Researcher of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Weifang Municipal Committee; and Yin Yuping, Member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director and Second-Level Researcher of the Weifang Municipal Bureau of Justice, also delivered remarks.

In his speech, Xie Yan noted that compliance is both an essential prerequisite for enterprises participating in global competition and a cornerstone for stable and sustainable international expansion.

The company will use the Community as a platform to deepen industry-education collaboration, exchange international compliance experience with representatives from different sectors, and support its global development through compliance, while contributing to the development of the region’s export-oriented economy.

During the meeting, a handover ceremony was held for the Community’s rotating chair organization, followed by the presentation of its annual work report. These activities marked the beginning of a new operating cycle for the Community.
Experts in foreign-related compliance discussed international commercial arbitration, cross-border compliance practices and localized overseas operations. From the perspectives of market access, transaction security, overseas employment and free trade port policies, they examined common compliance challenges faced by enterprises expanding internationally and provided practical recommendations.
During the roundtable discussion, academics, corporate representatives and practicing lawyers exchanged views on overseas market access, cross-border dispute resolution and opportunities in Central Asian markets, while sharing practical experience from international business operations.
Through its participation in the meeting, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging exchanged views and built consensus with representatives from different sectors on foreign-related rule of law, cross-border compliance and international trade. The discussions also accumulated solid practical experience for the Community’s continued development of cross-border compliance standards.
LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging will translate the consensus reached at the meeting into practical compliance initiatives, benchmark its systems against international standards and continue improving its cross-border compliance framework to support the stable and sustainable development of its global business.
The company will also actively participate in the joint development of compliance standards and talent cultivation within the Community. By sharing its own experience, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging aims to support higher compliance standards across the industry and strengthen the compliance foundation for sustainable international expansion.
