On July 9, Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging held its 2026 Mid-Year Policy Supervision Meeting and Management Review Meeting.

Centered on the principle of “looking inward and confronting challenges head-on,” this mid-year review established a clear direction: focus on shortcomings rather than achievements, and drive the deep implementation of AI across all scenarios.

Guided by the Group’s “Five First-Year Milestone” strategy and the company’s “1+2” strategic deployment, Chairman Song Lai, President Sun Pengfei, and all middle-level and above management personnel conducted a comprehensive review of the company’s operational and management performance in the first half of the year.

With a problem-oriented approach y AI as the key driver, the meeting systematically identified gaps, analyzed challenges, and developed strategic action plans for breakthroughs in the second half of the year.

Policy Supervision Meeting

The meeting commenced with a specialized training session on the full-scenario application of AI.

The training provided a systematic overview of AI’s four core capabilities — perception, understanding, reasoning, and generation — as well as their extensive applications across areas such as office operations, manufacturing, and marketing. The session also introduced Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging’s “1+2+N” AI implementation framework in detail.

“1” represents adherence to data compliance as the fundamental principle, establishing clear risk-control boundaries through internal and external data separation, classified access and usage, and compliant AI deployment.

“2” refers to building an internal-external dual collaboration architecture. Externally, AI tools such as Coze y WorkBuddy are utilized to support public information retrieval and enhance general office efficiency. Internally, AI is deeply integrated with core business systems such as ERP and CRM, creating an intelligent operational hub to empower business decision-making and management.

“N” represents the deployment of dedicated AI Agents across multiple scenarios, including marketing content generation, intelligent spreadsheet completion, operational data alerts, and workflow supervision. This enables comprehensive AI coverage from general office productivity to core business operations, achieving an enterprise-wide AI ecosystem that is efficient, secure, controllable, and scalable.

During the key sessions of the meeting, leaders of each functional module conducted detailed reports focusing on gaps between first-half-year targets and actual performance, as well as opportunities for improvement. The discussions emphasized identifying problems rather than highlighting achievements, and uncovering internal causes rather than attributing issues to external factors.

The meeting also carried out a comprehensive review of the company’s quality management system, developing a QCDS improvement plan centered around four key dimensions: Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service. For every identified issue, clear responsibilities, corrective actions, and completion deadlines were assigned. The company strictly avoided superficial responses such as “we will pay more attention next time,” ensuring that annual operational objectives are implemented with strong accountability and execution.

Throughout the meeting, the core themes of “identifying gaps, defining improvement projects, and clarifying strategies” were consistently emphasized. Pressure was cascaded through every level of the organization, and responsibilities were firmly assigned to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.

In his concluding speech, Chairman Song Lai emphasized that the achievements of the first half of the year belong to the past. What matters more at present is to clearly identify gaps and address weaknesses. He stressed that “talking about shortcomings” does not mean denying past achievements, but rather represents a higher level of confidence — the confidence to confront challenges directly and truly solve problems.

All management personnel must abandon the habitual mindset of only reporting good news while avoiding problems. Instead, they should treat gaps as improvement projects and transform weaknesses into potential opportunities. Through continuous self-reform and reflection, the company will drive higher-quality management development.

Regarding the full-scenario application of AI, President Song firmly proposed the principle of “No AI, No Work,” emphasizing that AI utilization must become a fundamental work standard. AI application capabilities will be incorporated into departmental evaluations and individual performance assessments. From management teams to frontline employees, the company will foster a strong culture of learning and applying AI, using AI-driven thinking to reshape work methods and unlock organizational efficiency.

He further emphasized that AI-enabled quality improvement will be a key focus for the second half of the year. The company will accelerate the transformation of quality management toward “intelligent prevention,” leveraging digital and intelligent technologies to strengthen product quality assurance. With more reliable products and more efficient delivery capabilities, Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging will ensure the successful achievement of its annual business objectives.

A meeting without highlighting achievements reflects the determination of Linuo people to continuously challenge themselves and pursue ongoing evolution. As the pharmaceutical packaging industry accelerates toward higher-end and more intelligent development, the company is driving transformation through problem-oriented management and advancing growth through AI empowerment. This strategic focus is injecting deeper internal momentum into long-term sustainable development.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, all employees at Linuo Pharmaceutical Packaging will move forward with clear self-reflection and firm determination for transformation, continuously strengthening the foundation of long-term value through ongoing improvement and excellence.
