Global Control Center

LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging has built a global production control center to control the operations, customer demands and cost fluctuations of production bases around the world in real time through a giant screen, and conduct accurate predictions and scientific analysis of core operating indicators. This global perspective enables us to coordinate and optimize resource allocation, build a global supply chain network spanning Turkey, the United States and other places, ensure optimal procurement of key materials such as raw materials such as borax, and provide strong support for building a transparent factory.

Digital Twin Workshop

LINUO Medicine Packaging uses digital twin technology and is guided by lean thinking to build a virtual production line model to conduct pre-simulation optimization and detailed design of production rhythm, efficiency, overall operating conditions and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to ensure efficient operation and stable performance in the actual production process.

Factory Management and Control Center

LINUO's medicine packs deeply integrate automation, informatization, AI, and big data technologies to promote the transformation of production models into green and intelligent ones, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of production. From the automatic proportioning of raw materials and automatic RGV transportation, to the automatic adjustment of the liquid level, voltage, and current of the kiln, to the closed-loop control of the temperature of the annealing furnace and the thermostat, automated intelligent technology is used to continuously reduce the labor intensity of on-site workers and achieve fine control and automatic control of key production parameters, thereby improving quality, efficiency, and energy consumption

LINUO uses oxy-electric and all-electric furnace technology to reduce emissions and energy consumption. Digital Twin-based APC systems further improve production efficiency.
Sustainable Packaging Design

Our glass packaging uses optimized wall thickness to reduce material weight while meeting pharmacopoeia standards. Glass is 100% recyclable and free from microplastic contamination. RTU packaging also helps customers save water and energy.

The Phase III expansion — a 2-billion RMB investment covering 425 acres — is a key Shandong Province intelligent manufacturing project (2023), including a 125-acre Science & Innovation Center with R&D center and academician workstation.
