On September 5, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging Group invited an Alibaba AI expert to conduct specialized OPF One-Person Factory AI training.
Designed for frontline employees, the training served as an important supplement to the previous series of training sessions. It focused on AI scenario implementation and job-specific application, combining theoretical instruction with practical exercises to further clarify the responsibilities of frontline digital personnel and promote the deep integration of AI technology into frontline work, thereby injecting new momentum at the operational level into the Group’s comprehensive digital and intelligent transformation.

The Alibaba expert delivered on-site instruction and systematically shared insights into the full value chain of AI application.
The training covered three main modules: practical methods for using intelligent office tools, analysis of typical department-level AI implementation cases, and review of company-level AI strategy implementation practices. Progressing from tool application to business scenarios, the program helped frontline employees develop a systematic understanding of AI applications and master practical AI working methods that can be directly implemented.

During the practical exercises, participating employees reviewed their own job responsibilities and each identified and submitted at least one work item for AI-enabled efficiency improvement. They also developed innovative scenario proposals based on the application direction of their departmental digital personnel.
At the same time, employees raised questions based on actual pain points in frontline operations, including the practical adaptation of AI tools, the boundaries of scenario reuse and pathways for improving process efficiency. They then engaged in in-depth interactive discussions with the expert.
Several high-quality innovative proposals were selected for recognition and rewards, further stimulating the AI innovation vitality of frontline employees.
In this first year of full-scenario AI application, LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging Group has consistently regarded the implementation of AI across all scenarios and the development of the OPF One-Person Factory as core drivers of its digital transformation.
By focusing on the need for intelligent upgrades in frontline positions, this training has strengthened the foundation for extending the Group’s AI capabilities into production operations and injected new momentum into the continued development of the OPF One-Person Factory.
Going forward, the Group will continue promoting the integration of AI technology throughout the entire production and operations chain, empowering manufacturing quality and efficiency improvements, steadily advancing the development of the OPF One-Person Factory and accelerating the deeper progression of its digital and intelligent transformation.
The training focused on AI scenario implementation, job-specific applications and practical methods that frontline employees can use in their daily work.
The program covered intelligent office tools, department-level AI implementation cases and company-level AI strategy implementation practices.
